
The ASCOC is a division of ImproServe a full service customer feedback and research firm that realized their clients needed something more.
Eight years ago, we began collecting customer feedback from automotive services. Since then, we have heard from hundreds of thousands of consumers. We learned what service providers were doing right, doing wrong and we even asked how companies could improve. We gained a lot from this information, but felt we still needed more. We wanted to offer those businesses that cared about hearing from their customers, the next level of insight… the changing needs of consumers. We wanted to hear from those consumers who weren’t our customer as well as those who were. How could we offer more and help to improve our client’s efforts.
The ASCOC has decided to listen. We ask lots of people, lots of questions. We are setting our vision on helping the industry leaders improve. Our clients are the innovative, front line thinkers who want to stand out from their competition and make a difference with their customers.
We realized that no ‘one’ expert had the answers. The experts were the customers and that was where we needed to spend our efforts in getting the answers.
What?
The ASCOC surveys consumers of the automotive industry
How?
We reach a minimum of 200,000 automotive services consumers nationwide, by broadcasting surveys to find out what level of service they are receiving and what might be missing or untapped. We want to learn what else automotive service suppliers could be doing to sustain longtime loyal customers, bring in new believers and build profitable businesses.
Why?
So many operators make decisions off their own understanding without pulling in the insight of the end user. Our customers are supporting our business, but are we listening to our customers? ASCOC was designed to correct this oversight. We want to aid operators in determining the impact on the market’s perception, of brand, advertising schemes, product satisfaction and in-store performance using continuous feedback and research to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
